​Monday, Feb 12 - Visit to ESS by O2 Coordinator to meet those interested in completing an application to the O2 Program: 2-3 pm in the library

Wednesday, Feb 14th - Visit to ESS Grade 9 classes by Music teacher from JL Ilsley : 1-1:30
(10 minute presentation in classes: 1-1:10 Chaisson, 1:10-1:20 Baglole, 1:20- 1:30 Kaba)

Friday, Feb 16 - Visit to ESS by Counsellors from Jl Ilsley in the library 
(1-2pm  English Program students; 2-3pm French Immersion Program Students)

Tuesday, Feb 20 - Visit to ESS by Math Department Head: All Grade 9s in the library: 2- 2:45 pm
Thursday, Feb 22 - Information Meeting for all Grade 9 Parents - JL Ilsley High School: 7- 8:30 pm

Any student wishing to attend a different high school must register at their neighbourhood school, JL Ilsley, and request an Out-of-Area Transfer. Out-of-Area Forms are available at www.hrsb.ca on April 1, 2018.

Following these meetings students will meet with Ms. Buffett in groups of four to do their registration in PowerSchool.

This will be followed up by an individual meeting with each student to confirm course selections.

(JL Ilsley’s deadline to receive course selections is: March 30.  Any changes must be submitted by May 1.)​
